Overview
At 124 m², our holiday apartment offers plenty of space for families, couples and solo travellers. The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, stereo system and dining table. From here, you have direct access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning. The practical folding tables are perfect for a cosy breakfast or a relaxing evening of games.
Sleeping Areas
The two adjacent bedrooms can accommodate up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, spacious wardrobes and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and is ideal for couples or children. A selection of pillows, blankets and additional bedding is, of course, also available.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table for four and a range of practical extras. In addition to a coffee machine and dishwasher, you will also find an egg cooker, blender and mini oven with toast function.
Bathroom & WC
The WC and bathroom are separate. In addition to a shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub and a large mirrored cabinet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
Laundry Facilities
A washing machine and dryer are also available in the basement of the house (private area). They can be used by prior arrangement. Simply speak to us on site or let us know in your booking enquiry if you would like to use them.
Garden & Outdoor Area
The spacious lower garden area is freely accessible and available for you to enjoy. Take in the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views – perfect for relaxing, reading or simply enjoying some time outdoors.
A parking space is always reserved for you under the carport at the front of the house. This allows you to arrive and unload comfortably, whatever the weather.

Garden & Outdoor Area
The lower part of the garden is exclusively available for you to enjoy. It’s a wonderful place to read a book, enjoy the peace and quiet, or simply unwind. A parking space is always reserved for you under the carport.
